Nutsiko Jorbenadze is a project manager and technical director specializing in the development and execution of international artistic productions, concerts, and multidisciplinary cultural projects.

Since joining Artists Union ConceptArt in 2019, she has played a central role in bringing artistic productions to life, overseeing both project management and technical coordination. Working closely with internationally acclaimed artists, opera singers, conductors, orchestras, filmmakers, and cultural institutions, she manages every stage of event production - from strategic planning and international partnerships to technical preparation, artist liaison, logistics, live event execution, and communication with venues, festivals, and technical teams.

Over the years, she has contributed to the successful realization of numerous international productions. Among the productions she has coordinated are "Jazz Wonder", featuring the Beka Gochiashvili Trio, presented as part of the Audi Sommer Konzerte festival in Germany (2022). In 2023, she coordinated the German premiere of the live performance City Lights – Follow Your Dreams at the Potsdam Theater in Berlin's Potsdamer Platz, as well as its subsequent performance in Ludwigsburg, Germany. She also contributed to the Georgian Film Music Project, a series of live performances presented throughout Georgia between 2021 and 2023, celebrating the country's rich cinematic and musical heritage. In 2026, she coordinated the Swiss premiere of City Lights at the renowned KKL Lucerne Concert Hall.

As Technical Director, she oversees the operational and technical aspects of complex productions, coordinating creative and technical teams while ensuring seamless collaboration between artists, venues, production crews, and international partners. Her multidisciplinary approach allows artistic concepts to be translated into technically sophisticated and flawlessly executed live experiences.

In addition to her experience in cultural project management, Nutsiko has gained professional experience in business process management and international operations through her work at Citco, a global financial services company. As part of the Project Management team in Vilnius, she contributed to process improvement initiatives, supported cross-functional projects, and collaborated with international stakeholders. Her role involved coordinating project activities, ensuring effective communication between teams, and applying structured project management methodologies to improve business processes within a global organization.

Nutsiko holds a Master's degree in International Project Management from Vilnius University Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ilia State University.
